By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational Services

We provide one-to-one online tuition classes. While we continually strive to improve the academic performance, confidence, and grades of all our enrolled students, we do not guarantee exact percentage scores or exam outcomes as this relies heavily on the student's personal commitment, behavior, and participation.

3. User Representations

By using the Site to book a demo or enroll in our classes, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity (being a parent or guardian if booking for a minor) and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.

4. Payment and Fees

The initial demo class is completely free of charge. Should you choose to enroll your child thereafter, tuition fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be directly communicated and agreed upon during the enrollment phase.
